I am an architect, design strategist, and sustainable consultant based out of New York City.

As a sustainability advocate, based on my experience in the architecture and construction industry for 14 years, passionate about Design Research, Sustainable Strategies, Built Environment, and Circular Economy, my focus aligns with Optimizing human-centered experiences, advancing sustainable approaches in architectural design as well as minimizing environmental impact in the construction industry.

When I came to New York, due to I was interested in the built environment and sustainability, the problem of waste from building demolition and landfills caught my attention. I've explored the significant issue of waste landfilling, which is often situated near urban areas and the residences there, directly impacting communities with environmental, health, and quality-of-life concerns such as odor, noise, increased traffic, potential pollution, and property value. My initiative goal is to address the societal impacts of global warming and the emergence of polluted areas.

The critical issue of landfilling CDW, which significantly affects the environment, climate, and society, calls for a shift toward sustainable waste management practices; "Zero CDW" platform. My goal is to develop sustainable and environmentally friendly strategies and provide better solutions to minimize the need for landfilling construction waste generated during demolition activities.
